I don't mean to get on the "let's knock Ames bandwagon", but when I got my car, I remember that Year One was the industry leader because they had a reputation for only selling good parts - none of the garbage that everyone else was known to have offered.
I am all for offering different parts, but if they don't work as the purchaser might expect, then maybe a disclaimer, or suggestions on how to make the park function if the purchaser has no other option.
