You can with the correct brackets. If you need everything, Kore3 specializes in retrofitting corvette brakes to gm cars. It's not all that thrifty from them however.

Depending on what the usage is, it's still the best economically to go with something like a Right Stuff Detailing kit that uses mostly factory pieces.

If you have a street car only that does not see open track use, where repeated stops take place, the factory stuff is more then up for the task. Especially if you're running on old style 15" wheels and the types of tires available for them.
