At least on my '66 GTO, and probably on the '64 too, there are a few holes already punched into the frame on the section just aft of the suspension pick up points on the inboard side which just happen to correspond to the holes in a factory combination valve as used from mid 70's and up. That's also where '73 A-body started mounting them, so you could get the tubing from one of those cars and bolt in.

Also, you don't need to post the same thing in multiple locations... most regular members use the "New Posts" button at the top and will see it no matter where you put it.
