Thanks for all of you guys help.
Concerning the A/C, I'm aware I'll have to make some fabrication mods on the upper rear bracket that support the rear of the compressor (bolts to the intake and barely clears the stock valve covers before being raised).
Did you find that raising the valve covers impacted the normal location of the compressor as well?
