The Firestone 721 were some of the least expensive tires to drive.

Lifetime warranty, and would have tread separation at 10~15 k miles.

Take the car back, get a new tire free to include mounting and balancing.

Got about 150k miles on that car, and never bought a tire after buying the 721's.

Also had a set of Firestone Wide Ovals about 1968. Lasted less than 6k before they were worn out (all four, not just the rears).
