1 4spd 3 3spd if production numbers are right. somewhere theres a storage room full of manual bellhousing. I've even tried a late model MG and they can be made to work. Its just alot of cut and paste for my taste! For what its worth, there is a 62 coupe in the Portland OR. area that is a true 215 V8 3 spd. It is on the road and very drivable and has never been touch. Chuck (hootsk) told me about this car in 2011. He would not tell me the owners name or any contact information. He has been trying to buy it for years. He was allowed to look at and make some dwg of the bellhousing. Thats how he was able to make workable manual bellhousing out of a automatic one.
