You should able to use reproduction BB Chevelle frame stands and engine mounts along with Chevelle headers.

The trans crossmember that Pontiac used for the TH400 is in the correct location. The driveshaft from a ‘67 GTO which was the only Pontiac A-body in 1967 to come with the optional TH400 is what you need.

Dimensionally the Chevy and Buick/Olds/Pontiac (BOP) short tail shaft TH400s are the same other than the bellhousing bolt pattern.

Keep in mind the fuel line along the frame is on the opposite side on Pontiacs and the battery tray is as well compared to a Chevelle. In fact the wiring harness needs a lot of work to go from a Pontiac V8 to a Chevy V8, pretty much everything is on the opposite side.

Good luck with your project. If this was my car I’d seriously consider selling the BBC and buying a Pontiac 400 or 455 that’s 100% a bolt-in proposition, getting that Chevy engine in place and playing with all the things necessary to make everything work can nickel and dime you to death.

Just because you already have it doesn’t mean you have to use it.
