Without knowing if it has the correct fenders and hood, I think it’s at the very upper end price range wise. It does need floors. I think 16-17K would be more fair. As someone who searched for a 70 for a long time, yes they are getting harder to come by. That being said, this is the 3rd 70 TA I’ve come across in the last 3 weeks.
