Default 350 Vortec rebuild -- cracked block

I recently purchased a 1999 Malibu Sportster LX ski boat with a cracked block (900 hours on engine). I ran the engine briefly. No knocks. There is a crack in the lifter valley and the engine is a "gen 3" vortec 5.7 95-99.

I'm trying to determine how much of the current engine I can re-use and what machine work I will need done. I'm assuming the used block will need to go .030 so maybe some new pistons? Valve job? What about reusing the cam, main and rod bearings, stuff like that? I'm trying not to get too far down the rabbit hole on this one.

Also, how big of a deal is a 4 bolt main vs a 2 bolt? Most of the "880" blocks I've been finding are 2 bolt. Any advice is appreciated.
