I apologize for not knowing.

It's been nearly 50 years since I owned a pre '64 Pontiac (Bonneville), but that had full wheel covers, not dog dish caps.
Full size cars had clips to hold the caps on up until 1964. 1965 and up they used caps like you have on your A body. I have not found anyone that’s not in California that does custom steel wheels. Shipping both ways would add a lot to the cost. Seems like with the lack of 14” tires, a 15” period correct wheel would be a good idea. I have a perfect set of caps and NOS clips, just need new wheels. . . .
Will probably run something else for a while.
