I spent 10 years of my life as a business insurance specialist.
As already mentioned - for personal use is key for coverage on a lift. Any vehicle damages would not be covered by the HO policy as there is an exclusion for motor vehicles. Damages would be covered under your auto policy, assuming you have physical damage coverage on said vehicles.
