"The FAILURE was the sheave ( pulley stack ) bearings. They never get lube. I have looked at a bunch since, and every one I have seen had wear there. I Highly recommend putting some tri flow or Zep on those double stack bearings, or all the pulley bearings."

I've never had any problems but for sure took the time yesterday to lube all the bearings, pulleys and cables, thanks for the heads-up......
