Well that's a start .. so I can figure on 130 at a minimum. My gut feeling is around 150-160 on our older cars. As temps go up and the Delta T between underhood and outside goes up it's going to start dumping heat into the sheet metal pretty fast.

But, I really have no idea, the fan pumps a lot of air in there, even after going through the radiator it's still a lot of air that is cooler than the surface of the engine.
