Question thrust bearing question

I have received a set of crank thrust bearings,Clevite, and both halves have an oil hole in them, is this right? or have they sent 2 tops?
if so, can they still be used or not?

thanks
Rick.

Are these full grooved main bearings? If so, that would be right. Instead of them making two different full grooved thrust bearings they just use the same one for both. I have a set of Clevite MS-483G main bearings in my hand that are half groove and they have a solid thrust lower half.

It seems to be needed only with bearings that don't have the scallops running all the way down thru the sides to relieve pressure.
