What sort of training are you after and what are you looking to get out of it? HP Academy does some good online courses, also try calling Haltech directly in the US, they might be able to put you onto some local organisations that can help you. But how do you guage your understanding of engine management at the moment? Just starting out? Managed to get a few motors running? Can successfully tune? Have sent cars down the track?
