Some strange bends on it. Be interesting to see it on a 63. I have custom 3 inch for 500 bucks and good mufflers.

It may be a stock picture. He bends the exhaust from the old card system when he takes your order. I went to his shop and bought two systems, one for my 68 GTO and one for my 390 Javelin. I'm happy with it.

Default exhaust

I bought that system and installed it on our '63 Lemans. Doesn't come with any clamps, but is a reproduction of the factory duals. Sounds good, rather quiet, but that is what I like on a cruiser.

c5farmer,

I noticed your stabilizer bar is "different" than my 4cyl bar and you don't have the "strut rod" device.

Please describe what you have used and what else (control arms, etc) mods you may have made and how is caster adjustment made. Also, is the car an automatic?

Thanks!

Doug,
The car is all stock, you just can't see the entire suspension in the pictures. It is a V8/automatic transmission drivetrain.

Thanks for the info. I just didn't look hard enough.

Several years ago I saw a '63 326 car, automatic with a set of longbranch manifolds. I don't recall anything about his stabilizer bar, exhaust, etc.

I am working on a 63 project car with 428, Muncie and a "reinforced" stock clutch mechanism. It has a set of '69 Firebird longbranch. I had to install the engine "level" to get the longbranch to clear the crossmember. I had to reposition (and space out) the stabilizer bar mounting brackets to get the stabilizer bar to clear underneath the bellhousing.
Driver side manifold discharge tight with stabilizer. I plan on making a 90 degree turn in the exhaust coming off the manifold flange (thinking about putting on a side exhaust system)

Thanks again!

Thanks for the info, looks like I'm going for a custom system.
