Default Seinfeld episode GTO

Just watching an episode now where George is driving his Dad's 68 GTO. Very nice. Don't it just piss you off when movie people say a car is one year and its not. It was a 66 or 67. Big difference. They should check the registration or something at least. Was that anyone's car on here?

What do you expect from someone who "always wanted to pretend he was an Architect"?

It always kills me when a TV show or movie gets the year of a car wrong, especially when it's THE focal point or part of the conversation of a scene. But my favorite Seinfeld moment came after the last show, when Seinfeld showed up on Larry King, and the look on his Jerry's face was priceless.

Further proof that Larry King became irrelavent about 15 years ago....

I'm struggling to remember a time when Larry was ever relevant.

That Larry King clip is kinda funny, Sienfeld asking if they could get a resume in here for Larry to look at.

Mike, this was just a couple of years ago. At the end of the interview, they mention Jerry's movie "Bee Movie"

I will admit though, Jerry really handed it to Larry.

I'll take it?
Who told you to take it?
I didn't tell you to take it.
The Maestro didn't tell you to take it, cause he wasn't there.

It didn't bother me at all that they got the year wrong on that car. If you understand the characters, it would have been totally out of character for George to know what that car was.
That particular episode was one of my favorites even without the GTO...especially the end with Elaine and Frank going at it in the police station...
Elaine: "I could drop you like a bag of dirt."
Frank: "You want a piece of me? YOU GOT IT!"
LOL

Talking

My favorite Seinfeld line was at Susan's funeral.
Her father told George that it's tragic when a child dies before its parents do.
George agrees, and adds "I hope my parents die long before I do."

Forgot the bald part! I still watch that show, and so does most of my family. We play some goofy DVD game about seinfeld when we have family functions.

About the wrong year...
I drove my 69 bird one day, along comes a pick up truck at a stop light, window rolls down , guy yelling in front of wife/gf

"nice car! what year?"

" a 69 "

"great car , my parents had one just like it, a 65 !"

yeah ,right!
