Accessory Antenna ID

Need help identifying year/years, model/models for accessory antenna 988980. Think it's somewhere between 59 - 62. I have 55, 58 and 63 master parts books and it does not show in those. Anyone have an accessory that can ID it for sure?

The '60 MPC is available at www.pontiacsafari.com/MPC/. The '60 MPC Accessories section shows only '59 & '60 motor driven antennas. 998982 is listed as '59 Safari motor driven antennae. Close. Numbers generally go up as years go up so I would suspect it is not later than '59. The '60 MPC does not show '59 non-Safari motor driven antennae and that might be it -- and it might be listed in the '59 MPC.
Anyone have a '59 MPC that they could check in the Accessories section? I have the 58 Accessories section (here) and the numbers are lower for antennas. |

I opened the hardware package and the adapter had a part number. Looked it up in my 64 MPC and the antenna is a 59.
