Don't forget that you'll have to change the frame/motor mount brackets to switch from the SBC to the Pontiac.

Thanks everybody i am looking forward to this build. I had a 73 when i was 18 with a 355 i use to race on the street. don't want to be a halfbreed so i am going pontiac this time. tore down the motor the other day it has domes pistons in it with 6x heads the guy that sold it to me said it went 11.50 in a T/A. He built the motor the first time and when tore it down he said every thing looked fine.

Importsmasher i do need those brackets need info on how to get them??????

I work out of town going home this week end to dyno a 421 sbc for my 66 Nova if i have time sunday i will take some pics and post AFX421
