Default Replaced the Wife's Chevelle

Some of you participated in my "what's it worth" thread for my wife's 72 Chevelle.

We were able to sell it relatively quickly for about what we thought it would go for. We ended up accepting an offer of $29,000 for the car and it was shipped off to AP Vintage Motors in North Carolina. I think they're going to update the paint and a few other minor things, then flip it themselves.

Her replacement arrived last weekend. It's a 2013 Corvette Grand Sport. 3LT, Nav, Chrome, Mag Ride, Auto. All stock and was delivered with 11523 miles, not a ding or nick on it, but I'll do a full paint correction and ceramic coating in the spring.

looks pretty nice sitting with my bird.

Nice car! I'd prefer one with a clutch pedal, but that's just me.

I’d prefer a three pedal model as well, but not my car. I did try to convince her though. It was futile.

That corvette is going to be a lot of fun! And its black.. Black is always a good colour for a car.
Hope you and your lady get to enjoy it a lot.

That Grand Sport is a way cool car! I've got a buddy with one just like it and have driven it.
I love the 6 speed automatic too. It is a bit faster than the 6 speed manual is and the paddles are fun to play with.

We got snowed in almost immediately after it was delivered. But so far we’ve enjoyed it.
