Firebird Console - 8 Track Brackets
I pulled my console yesterday and I don't think I've ever noticed that there are two empty holes on each side;
I assume there should be something here to hold the console to the 8 track mounting bracket? If so, what? Screws?

something is going on there..
The two unused pilot holes should just be small vinyl perforations. Consoles that had an 8-track player installed will have the vinyl squished at the front/lower hole - is that possibly a Camaro console that was converted to be used in a Firebird?

If no 8 track was mounted, the holes are small. Bigger holes were caused by the screws.

I have a box of micellaneous nuts and bolts that I got with the car when I bought it over 20 years ago - hopefully they are in that box!
