Default Anyone on "N" Plate? Calling All Drs...and Blood Specialists

My Hemotologist is weaning me off of steriods 60mg a day down to 10mg a day currently because of all the nasty side effects I got. I've been on the Heavy Dose for 3 months to combat my ITP. My latest count was 49k. He wants to start me on "N" plate to boost my count. He feels 80k would be ideal for me. I was told that if it reaches 400k they stop the meds but if it ever reaches 750k bone marrow damage is likely. Any thoughts/ opinions?? KV Please respond. I really value your opinion.
Thanks!
Josh

You have ITP? Do you have fatiki I on your skin? My cousin had one of the first cases ever diagnosed here in the US. They ended up taking his spleen out and now he's in his 40's, home and doing fine. I'm not sure what "N" is. Hope all is well and you have a great Thankgiving.
