Question Zerohedge.com

Anybody frequent this financial site? Whats your take on their reporting and predictions...meaningful, accurate? They do seem pessimistic.

I don't know anything about the site you referred to, but the things I follow started going very negative in early April this year, several weeks before the market peaked. I follow a couple of different sources, and there seems to be a consensus that home prices will continue to decline and most likely won't bottom until mid-2012.

If you look at mutual fund cash flows, money is flowing out of stocks big time. I'm in mostly cash and inverse ETFs until I see an improvement in market technicals.
