Being picked up in mainstream USA news at least today (Yahoo News linked to original story). 2014 footage by Chilean Navy Captain, about 10 minutes worth. Just released now 2017. Fairly high quality. Craft sprays substance cloud in flight. This stuff typically does not get released by our countries military.

Interesting read - did not show up on radar from two stations or the chopper and the radar on the FLIR camera could not lock on to it. If they hadn't noticed it on infrared, they would have missed it entirely.

I think it would be mathematically naive to think we are the only advanced life in an at least functionally infinite universe. But I also don't see how interstellar travel would be possible for us to visit them or vice versa.

Super hope I'm wrong. The earth has problems now, but it's only going to get worse as the population increases. Out of the choices of massive plague, massive starvation, massive wars, or interplanetary colonization I'm really rooting for colonization!

To me this is the best UFO recorded event to date (available to us). Credible trained aeronautic witnesses with high tech recording gear. The infrared was awesome in what it told. The dual airport radar attempts. The 2 year high level review by a government with huge array of experts up to nuclear physicists for example. The approach was cool. They didn't try to prove what "is", they went down the list of explainable potentials and disproved all. Left with a definitive "we don't know, and here is what it ain't".... There are better UFO photo and video but this is best scientific analysis from top source, I believe.

So true. But.. if there are others out there that have seen how we're acting and what we're doing to our planet, then I don't blame them one bit for not saying "Hello" to us. We haven't earned their respect or qualified to receive their help.

I truly think we were placed here as an experiment. But it has totally gone wrong, so they leave us alone to just fade away, or smarten up someday.
If we can't get along with each other, then we probably couldn't get along with them. Maybe someday we'll find out.
