I have RA manifolds on my ‘63. It took a little grinding to make the manifold not hit the steering shaft.

I run the RAM air manifolds and they don't hit the steering shaft. They also clear original clutch linkage with ministarter.

These are mine. My ‘69 400 is out currently, and you can see where I marked the drivers side to take even a little more material off seeing as how my engine is out anyway.
I also run a mini starter.

I am told that the left side A body (68-72) RA manifold will not fit this car..
Maybe it is the engine position, I did not build the car. Should the 67-69 F body manifold to the trick? This is a round port head motor so F body pieces will be scarce!
