64 vent window weatherstripping

I need to replace the weatherstripping for both vent windows, 64 gto post car. Looks like I need to grind off the 2 rivets to change out the old for new. Is there any other unexpected headaches coming?

Also is the new weatherstripping from Ames a good fit?
