The top of my Rochester 2Jet has been broken off since I bought this car a while back. As I see it I’m going to have to replace the airhorn, the whole carb, or try some Marine Tex to try to “glue this back together.
Carb runs fine, so would like to replace the airhorn. No luck finding any donors. Anybody have one, or ideas?
I’m afraid the original air cleaner is going to end up bouncing around the engine compartment one of these days after hitting a bump! It’s just resting on the carb currently.

I may have a carburetor or air horn. Is there a # stamped on the passenger side of the float bowl? Thanks, Bob.

Nothing on passenger side. This is drivers side though.
There’s a similar machined pad on passenger side, but it’s blank.

Another thing is, that I didn’t even mention, is one of the screw threads from airhorn to float bowl, has stripped threads in float bowl. It is also the one that holds the manual choke bracket to the airhorn. So choke is non functional till that’s fixed. The bracket just pivots.
So if I can find a complete matching carb to rebuild, would save me from heli-coiling this one.
But I’d settle for just an airhorn.

That's a casting #; possibly an older carburetor that used an aluminum tag for id. If you feel like pulling the carburetor and measuring the throttle bores, along with some additional pics, I have a bunch of old carbs. I recently helped Dick
Boneske out with an airhorn he needed. Thanks, Bob.
