1980 turbo pace car rear end paint
question was the rear end painted semi gloss black on the 19802 pace car trans am
I thought the pictures i have seen is the rear left the factory natural As always thanks again |

Natural cast steel center, natural steel tubes. On the 3.08 posi coded rears, believe there was a large orange inspection mark on the bottom of cast center housing. Will ck a few original '80 housings to confirm.

you can always use paint colors to match the natural finishes and prevent ugly rust.
