Buy any rod bearing you like and have the holes drilled.

Speed Pro 7050 CHA They are very hard to find since the advent of the aftermarket cranks that almost all have the 2.200 journal. The A designation means aluminum rod with the locating hole. I made a drilling fixture out of an old rod cap and drill them in the mill. Put a nice chamfer on the inside.

Be sure to have the proper size numbered drill bit and a spare before you dive in all the way!
Start off with a good amount smaller starter bit going thru all the way, and then use the needed size final bit and go thru from both sides of the bearing. Do 2 practice runs on a old bearing if you have such, even if it’s a main bearing,

Back when I ran aluminum rods I made a drilling fixture from an old stock rod cap. Drilled through the cap at dead center. Helped to hold it securely in the drill press

So aluminum rods have a locator pin for the bearing to prevent spinning bearings? Why wouldnt this be used on steel rods too?

Aluminum rods , even those hardend to T6 spects are so soft as compared to steel or cast iron / Armasteel that they can not develop the needed amount of bearing crush at the big and small end of the rods parting line to hold the bearing from spinning, plus Aluminums expansion rate is much higher then other rod materials when heated.
It’s the crush / compression of the bearing at the parting line that keeps any bearing be it main or rod from spinning, bearing tangs only serve to locate the bearing left and right in its bore.

Order 1 dowel hole bearing, use as drill hole template in rod cap .

What size is your crank pin ?? I might have a set of .010 under Pontiac size rod bearings that were drilled torqued in but never ran
Also your going to want to verify dowel size to make sure no surprise changes there Pulled them out of the deep freeze pole barn ACL brand about .181 dowel
