Looks good! 1 thing, hard to get any power to the blower with the lower pulley hanging in mid air?

That's a new fangled air coupler. There's a small fan on the snout of the crank you can't see, and he hasn't installed the fan on the pulley yet. Works like the hydraulic transmission couplers of old, only uses air instead of fluid.

The entire chassis and suspension was custom built by Chris Sutton at http://www.streetrodgarage.com in Alabama....and I must say, his crew did a great job!

Eric, what was the quality of the QFT carbs like? I'm thinking about buying a pair of thier HR 600 double pumpers. Are the QFT parts like shooters/accelerator pumps etc a direct swap with Holley stuff?

Taff, I have not finished the engine build yet. I can't comment on the carbs performance. They look a lot like Holley carbs. I would visithttp://www.quickfueltechnology.com they are very willing to talk about thier product and offer tech help!!!!! You can also order a complete catalog(ue) from them........Cheers, Eric

Default Idler pulley support

You're going to have to drill and tap the idler pulley support so you can lock it down on the blower otherwise it will move (belt will get loose).
