I must first start by saying that I am indeed a loyal performance years customer. A little over 2 years ago I purchased 2 remanufactured 4 piston calipers from Ames performance. Today I noticed that one of them had started to leak. I called Ames and asked them if there was any warranty on them, to my surprise they told me to ship it back and they would rebuild it for me at no charge. I was very impressed with their response I was expecting to get the typical run around. Performance years will allways be my 1st choice but Ames is a close second.

Ditto about PY.

Unfortunatly, when getting ready to place a large order recently, one of the more expensive items (Rally gauge cluster) was out of stock, so I had to go elsewhere, which happened to be OPG and AMES. Must admit, not real impressed with OPG, must have just caught the tail end of a sale because it's taken forever to get my orders on their way. Ames on the other hand was very impressive with their turn time and also with their shipment notification (had to call OPG for that info for all shipments). Exactly a week to the day that I mailed (Priority) my order in, it was delivered. Notified yesterday that the two items that were back ordered have shipped also and that they'll be here tomorrow. From now on if PY doesn't have it in stock, then AMES will be gettin my order.

ames and PY both rock when it comes to orders. Great customer service for both. The thing i like better about PY is there online ordering. They have a better way to search for parts. I never hesitate to order from ames or PY
