His prices are outrageous, but he does have good quality stuff. I bought a complete 67 GTO grille set from him.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I called up asking for a price on the NOS Turn signal buckets (pair) for a '72 Catalina. He tells me two-fifty to three fifty. Hestiantly I asked Three Hundred fifty? He responds Yep, Why don't you call me back and take a couple aspirins. *click* he hung up on me!

I've never been treated that rudely before.

I recently purchased a pair of NOS s/s rocker panels from this company following telephone conversations and e-mails with owner Frank Delarzelere. The NOS panels (no pics) were described as having "light" pitting which any competent polisher could buff to show condition.

They arrived well wrapped 10 days later and upon examination, heavy pitting was evident . When I informed Frank, he kept repeating "that any good polisher could take care of those "minor" pits and insisted that they were NOS and that are no others to be found".

To be sure , I showed the rocker panels to two local polishers that have done xlnt work for me in the past and they agreed that heavy grinding would be required which would warp the panels .

When I notified Frank, he got very hot and initially refused to refund the purchase price of $400, stating "that they are not guaranteed and try to find any that are better".

Not wishing to shortchange anyone, but adamant about a refund, I then told Frank that I would have no choice but to place this charge into dispute with my credit card company.

Frank responded with " I will refund your f++kin money and don't even bother to ship the f**kin panels back to me". He then banged down the phone ! Apparently, if I don't like them, no one will

Looks like I dodged a bullet .

I called them about a set of '70 GTO fenders. They told me $3250.00 before shipping. I called back several months after the '70 GTO repro fenders came out thinking that the priced would have dropped significantly, and I was quoted $3000.00. They could not guarentee that the the fenders were original rust free, just that "I would not be able to tell if they had been reworked". I don't imagine that they sell many fenders at this price. I also know that they had been scarfing up nearly all of '70 GTO fenders that would show up on Ebay before the repro's came out, and they were bidding high.

I almost choked when he told me how much he wanted for a pair of grilles for my 67 Lemans. When I paused he knocked off 100.00, so you might get a good deal if you act not interested.

I don't care if they're top notch, If I'm going to pay those silly prices, those parts better be gold plated.

I just got off the phone with them asking about some parts they had listed on their web site. He sounded like it was a bother to tell me a price and condition of the part. I'll have to be prety desparate to buy something from them..

I have to say he wasn't too bad to deal with. I needed NOS or absolutely perfect grilles for my 74 TA and they were not out there anywhere. I called him and he told me $550 shipped. I asked him if they were perfect and he assured me they were. They showed up 3 days later and they are 99% perfect. I am happy. Frank is a little short but I would order from him again as long as I had exhausted all other means. :fencing:

Like I said, he has good stuff but I'd only use him as a last-last resort. Don't write this guy off altogether, yes he is a jerk but he does have good quality stuff and the stuff I got from him was top notch. Outrageously priced, but top notch.

Word of advice, if you call him to try and shoot the breeze, he'll give you the runaround. But I've learned with him you just be short and to the point and you get treated well. I didn't try to be friendly to him on the phone and he didn't give me any guff because of it.

Same here...on his web site awhile back he had listed NOS left & right grills for a 72 GP...I asked him to double check them because there was no L/R only upper and lower on that year...he said he knew what he had and I didn't know what I was talking about and not to bother him again unless I was ready to buy!!! Never again!

Default 64 GTO quarter extension

I just got off the phone with Frank and it was insane. I asked for a drivers side quarter extension for my 64 and he said " Yah I've got some of those, its 275.00 each!" I said "275.00 dollars? thats a little high isn't it?" His comment was " I guess your cars not worth very much then" and he hung up. I won't be calling him again anytime soon.

The first time I spoke to Billions and Trillions I thought I had accidentally called one of the Arrogant and Nasty Auto wreckers by Shea Stadium in NY.
I had requested a price for a set of NOS front headlight bezels, which they claimed they have, for my 75 Grandville. The person on the other end tells me, "yea yea yea, $300.00. I said, "for each or both" . He says, "EACH!!!! you want them YES or NO!!!!. I did not believe he said $300 each, so I asked him, "are you sure they are $300 ....CLICK, he hangs up. I don't know who they are selling to, but it not going to be me. It's cheaper to have my originals rechromed.
I'm glad to see it wasn't just me!! Thanks
