Have you checked with Headers-by-Ed? He used to have a lot of old flange kits available.
I'll try to find some pictures of the pieces i have.

My old header stuff weighs 15 lb, plus whatever box I put it in. Let me know.

Any common D-port header flange will fit. The D-port flange stayed the same for all of the different year ('55 -'79) Pontiac engines, nothing special about the '60.

i may be interested in those pieces. i'm putting a 60 389 in my 31 ford sedan, and need to build my own headers. would you happen to have a pic of what you have?
also, does anyone know if just the flanges can be bought? |

b-man is basically right, that the locations of the ports and bolt holes are identical from '55 up, but the height of the port openings in my '58 heads is about 3/16" less than late heads. I don't know what year the ports got higher- if your '60 ports are the small ones, and you're really intent on having original size flanges, I have some pieces you might want, although they're no longer one-piece flanges. I had cut each flange into 3 pieces (front/center/rear) to make lightweight zoomies.
