Unhappy Questions about 1967 LeMans Convertible frame

I’m looking at a 1967 Lemans convertible this weekend and am trying to get my ducks in order. The guy selling vehicle indicated that he replaced the frame with one out of a 1967 Lemans hardtop after dipping it boxing it and painting. I just wonder if there is somewhere that I can find information on specs for doing this kind of job. Basically I want to know that what he did will work and not cause problems in the future.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated

Regards,
Dennis

Nothing special about Vert frames other than they had extra meat welded to them in the center part of the car. If it was done correctly you shouldn't have any issues.
