Can anyone out there help with a stock soft ray tinted rear window for a 1967 GTO? Must be relatively scratch free... A few Minor surface scratches are acceptable
Thanks in advance Jeff |

I found one in a parts car and the guy says he may have one already out. I need one for my '66. I'll do some checking. I have other prospects, as well. Ron

The production date is not important as long as its a 67. The condition is all I'm really concerned with..let me know....
Thanks guys |

whats the differenece between 66 and 67?
I could probably answer that myself by finding one of each but just curious why you say 67 only. |

If you cant find one close to you I can ship one but
will have to build a box with plywood and 2x4. So Im thinking shipping and box will be about $50. |

I bought a brand new one from the glass guy. I have an excellent used one, but it was not as nice as the new one.

I have a brand new one stil in the box that I ordered from the aftermarket. However, this was before I decided to use the correct none tinted glass that came with the car. It was bought from a classic car glass company and the correct soft ray tint. Mike

The first new rear window I got from a vendor. The shape was not exact, and the fit would have been terrible. The second one that I ordered through the glass shop where I got my windshield was exactly like the original and the fit was excellent. It was about $275 if I remember correctly.
I was also able to get convertible door glass for my '64 GTO. One door was around $300. |

The original back glass has a slight curve to it and is not available. But because the curve is so slight any good glass shop will cut you a flat piece and have it tempered pretty cheap. If I remember correctly my windshield was 120.00 and the rear glass was even less. The color was exactly the same as the rest of the glass.
