Question Advice on this combo

I building a 467 stroker with 4.25 stroke. I want to know is it worth the extra $ to have the 72 cc e heads opened up to 85 cc on the combustion chamber or just buy the 87 cc e-heads, I just want to max my $ spending in the right way. I have the round port headers for these heads. Two other questions, is a comp x284 to much for power brakes, and is it worth the $ to have the e heads ported for street/ strip, or just leave them stock. The car weighs 3800 with a 2800 stall, with 3.55 gears, 400 trans. plus is the tomahawk intake better suited for my combo or a performer RPM, I have a 850 holley.
Can anyone give me a combo of there own, or advice on my combo On things to change or add.
Thanks
