Default Carb rebuilder/dealer in NJ??

There is a guy in NJ who is supposedly one of the best rebuilders and dealers of carbs for our cars but I don'ty know who is he is or have contact information. Anyone know? Or perhaps another great source of bolt on ready to go show restored Quadrajets?
