Most importantly, are YOU happy with it and what you paid for it? Seriously, prices are all over the place latetly and that looks like one beautiful Bird. I can tell you to restore one to that condition would cost most of us more. I have just shy of $50K into my '69 and it still doesn't look like a car yet!.

Fair price? In my opinion yes. Enjoy it!

Holy crap, I just re-read the listing. 6K miles? Oh my!

it looks great...they did good job restoring it...looks brand new...but is the mileage 'actual'? or for the engine? just curious as why they restored it if it was only 6k miles?...maybe paint etc had gone bad?
its a Clone, not a true 400 RA car so a good deal of value is gone...but I think for the price its a good deal, for what you have...."most" people cant tell if its true 400 RA or not and it sure looks like it...
great buy...because I have a"restored" (twice) 69 , 400 (was 350 also) , automatic, non RA car....I have 25k in it after buying it for $8500, 8 yrs ago....mine IS a convertible , but still, I think you got your moneys worth!a great buy in my mind...
sure is in better shape than mine...

If the motor is a real WQ and the Ram Air is original, you bought the car for about 12k and didn't skin any knuckles putting it together.

I agree with the above comments. That is a beautiful car! You could not buy a solid car and make it that nice for what you paid. I was also a little worried that I overpaid when I bought my car 3 years ago. However, looking back now, I couldn't build what I have for what I paid. You have one gorgeous Bird! A red, RA 4speed car with hood tach and wood wheel is about as good as it gets my friend!

Thank you all !!! I feel much better. Wife is happy too. She would not drive my last classic -no p/s or power brakes.

In my humble opinion, I think you got a very nice car at a very reasonable price. I don't see too many 69 birds out on the road anymore so I'd drive it, show it off, and have fun for years to come!!

FYI-Be prepared to educate anyone that calls it a Camaro.

Maybe just a tad high, but it's a reasonable amount to pay for the car -- it's beautiful.

It is going to have some teething pains to get it to your level of expectations.

When another Hurst shifter got stuck in 2nd on me, I just loosened it up and it was able to shift correctly again.

Thumbs up Nice!!!

Fix a few details like brake and m/c colors and you're in there. Why no headrests on a '69?Delete option? Anyway...drive and enjoy! Ron
