My 79 formula had the usual 2-tone paint scheme, like in the picture.
It's time for a new paint job. The build sheet says: 79 COLOR LW UP ST W 63 63 BR 63 The 79 body manual lists paint code 63 as: Sierra Copper - WA Fischer 8032 - Dupont Lucite 45806... Questions: What do the LW UP ST W correspond to? What is paint code BR? it's not listed in the manual paint code chart. The manual lists Acrylic Lacquer as the paint type, should i use a single stage acrylic? This is a driver, Not a show car with a perfect body. Do i need to special order this paint, or will a paint shop be able to mix a match? Thanks for the help. |
