Well I started the procees replacing my rusted floor pans in my 69 Firebird today. It looks like the seat mount needs replaced also. So my question is are the sub-frame mounts and the seat mount one piece? If so can I just cut them out? Heres a picture of the passenger pan. Thanks

Sorry for the large picture. I'm not sure how to make them smaller.

The sub frame mount is part of the floor pan that is under the seat mount.

Thanks. I think I will drill out all the spot welds and save what I can. Then see if I need to order new seat mounts and braces.

Well the seat mounts are toast. I'm pretty sure the sub frame mounts are also toast. So who sells these parts the cheapest?
