Attached is a pic of where the front windshield pillar meet the door. The gap there should be covered however the plastic piece is short. I think it's called corner finish moulding. It lays on the cowl and wraps around to that area. Page 75 of the PY catalog shows one. Anyone buy this and did it cover completely? or can you recommend a part from somewhere else that covers the full length? lastly maybe you somehow tweaked your piece to cover correctly and it looked perfect?
Thanks, Phil |

My '75 TA doesn't have anything directly below the pillar....and the sides are different lengths....thanks GM. The plastic pieces on mine really don't fill in much below the pillar.

Thanks for the reply and pics. I thought back in the day my 76 had that area covered but maybe that was just a lucky mistake? That area looks kinda open and unfinished but maybe that's "factory". I will keep my eyes open at the POCI convention is St. Charles IL. for Possible ideas.
Thanks again. |
