I subscribe to their newsletter and really like it. A lot of 60s supercar info, including engine specs and the backstory on the development of engines like the 426 Hemi, the FE Ford, and 427 Chev mystery motor.

I've been a subscriber since they started up too but it had been quite some time since I actually explored the website. This is a very timely thread Gary because I was just wondering (in another thread) if there was a '66 or '67 Tempest Assembly Manual. Thanks to this thread I went over there and they actually have it in the library.
It's a great site that I don't think a whole lot of people are aware of.

Funny, I don't see anywhere in the article that suggests sourcing out non ethenal stations. Although not practicle for everyone it is a great choice for some.

We're going to order some of Royal Purple's Max-Clean at the parts store next week and give it a try. I want to add it to the full tank of gas in the GTO and see how good it really is. Hopefully it'll cut down on the moisture that stays in the exhaust system, and save my fuel lines and gas tank.

I know where there is a 67 GP convertable in an old wrecking yard here in Oregon. Very rusty but complete. One year only convertible!

Anyone ever use the Royal Purple? I bought a bottle of this yesterday and was exciting to get home and pour it in. Problem is the directions say to add to an empty tank and I just filled up. Does anyone know if this will work adding to a full tank? It's going to take forever to run the gas out.

I know, I know It is a good problem to have, but I want this more for the stabilizer function since it sits for the most part. Still needs some work before I can run it 250 miles to drain the tank!

Sounds like a 'Royal' PITA to me. You're supposed to have a 5 gallon can of gas in your garage or are you supposed to time it so that you will just be running out of gas at the pump so you can pour the RP in?
Surely, they don't mean truly empty.

3,000 MILE INTERVAL – 6 OZ. CAN
Pour entire contents of 6 oz. can into tank prior to fueling. Treats up to 20 gallons. Ideal for two and four stroke engines.

10,000 MILE INTERVAL – 20 OZ. CAN
Pour entire contents of 20 oz. can into a nearly empty tank and refuel. One (1) can treats up to 20 gallons. For tank sizes outside of this range, use one (1) ounce per gallon. In two-cycle engines, use one (1) ounce per two (2) gallons.

Here in FL, we have REC 90 which is 90 octane ethanol free gasoline for use in outboard motors. Burns great in my mower and trimmer. I can't wait to build an engine set up to burn it.
