Default vintage hub cap identification

I just wonder if anyone might know what this hubcap is from, It is being auctioned off at local auction and I have never seen one like it.I know its a lousy photo but its the best I can do.

No I have just that photo from an auction site and I can't make out the symbols. Its too late anyway, The auction happened last night and I thought I would try to see if it was rare and worth buying. I Didn't go. Would still be interested in what its from. For some reason I'm leaning toward late 50s Chrysler, Packard, Hudson. Something like that. It probably sold for about 5 dollars and someone out there needs it bad.

Picture is fuzzy but looks like a 53 Buick.
