Default PHS help 1969 ram air III convertible

In my paperwork I found a copy of my PHS that came from Pontiac in 1986. I never saw one that below the dealership, it had a sold to portion. It says Bank of Baltimore. also on the right side is says copy number 2 accounting dept. Can anyone clear this up for me? The car also came with this little punch card. Its an early car if that makes any difference. Thanks

Those are cool!

That's probably the 2nd 'B' in the PBBxxxxxx, where a bank financing was used for the dealer?
(instead of GM financing if it was PBAxxxxxx?)

John I have no idea , it makes sense what your saying, unless it was sold to a bank president ceo, or ? and bought on the company dime? I figured one of you guys could take a stab at it.

The first phs came with a letter from Pontiac saying thanks for your inquiry and here is what we have on file, back in the day when Pontiac would send the PHS.

BTW whats the punch card for?

That looks like the card from the upholstery plant/department?

They had their 'buildsheet' or order on what to make?

252 - gold interior
A51 - bucket seats
GTO convertible code, etc

They all look like that - in original invoice form.
PHS generally whacks off/crops the excess at the bottom before running the copy.

Yours is like John said, an example where the dealer used private bank financing to pay PMD for their cars. (Code B in the prefix)
This has nothing to do with how the customer paid the dealership. fwiw

Here is an example of one where the dealer used GMAC to pay PMD for their cars.
(Code A in the prefix)

The B in the third position on the invoice means that the dealer has his own financing while the A refers to GMAC financing of the dealer fleet. I have also seen an E in the third position for cars being exported overseas as well as other letters including K, L, and T.

Had one of those punch cards under the driver's seat of my 68 RA I GTO which was also a Baltimore car. May have been plant specific.

I found a punch card like that under the seat in a 71 Pontiac built GTO convertible and in two 69 GTO's but in one of those cars the punch card was taped to the gauge cluster.

Also I have a PHS for an almost identical GTO (same color scheme, RA, heavily optioned but a hardtop) from the same dealer, maybe someone there liked Expresso Brown?

Expresso shiny and new is kind of growing on me. I think a parchment interior could really set it off.
