#16 heads for 1968 GTO --- WANTED
Seeking a set of Pontiac # 16 cylinder heads --- preferably dated a month or two prior to July 1968.
Although at this point, would likely consider 16 heads from any month in 1968 if this proves too hard to get. Thanks. PM me if you have a set. |

Forgot had these.
Have up in the racking, a pair of 68 model 16's dated F218.
No pits in the chambers, valves set up high, never been surfaced. came off a decent running 68 GTO engine near 30 years ago. I sold the matching shortblock early 90's, then kept the heads til I found a correct dated pair for early June Firebird 400 4sod convert project was working on. I'm in center of the country, north of the mother road.

Frank's set of heads he had left and listed on site were too pitted... but he had a great set not listed he provided for $750. All good!! Thanks again Tom. Totally shoulda hit Frank up first.

Frank is pretty honest on describing his inventory.Not the cheapest guy in town but has a lot of stuff.Tom
