A good local family owned and operated
shop with a full lift and an owner willing
to let you inspect the complete undercarriage
with them when raised should work fine.

And pray to the PONTIAC God that your original exhaust manifold bolts don't snap while trying to remove them.

Honestly any competent shop can deal with snapped manifold bolts, the MAJORITY of new trucks have issues with snapped manifold studs/ bolts, Ford, GM & Dodge all have issues with snapped manifold bolts so any shop is used to doing them by now, in fact Lisle tools makes a jig for most popular V8 cylinder heads to drill out studs since it’s so common in today’s world.
