Motor mounts .
Installing a gforce aftermarket transmission crossmember ( 68 bird ) ..... Are the motor mounts interchangeable left on the right and right on the left. Being told if the mounts are on the wrong side the motor can be set back an inch
400 block . 350 transmission. |

Left and right are the exact same measurements and use one part number, so no you can't offset the engine fore or aft by mixing up motor mounts. The bolt is in the center of the mount so there is no possible offset problem. 1959-1970 B and F body use these mounts.

Yup, only time there is a driver/passenger difference is if it's a mount like the mighty mount which has some extra structure on the driver side mount.
The engine in the Firebird is set back further than the engine in a Camaro. I wouldn't think the G-Force crossmember would care about that however. One thing that can happen is a short vs long tailshaft transmission. If you've got a long tailshaft, this may cause crossmember mounting issues.
