This is a question for any Trans Am owner from 1993 & up. I have been to numerous car shows & a couple national events (POCI) and have yet to see another Trans Am with a clear coated engine compartment. My 1996 Ram Air TA came from the factory with the engine compartment clear coated. Any one else out there?

I have seen one other car with it done. the guy said it was factory but i could tell it was not. all the bolts had been removed and reinstalled.. you could see all the bolts plating was worn off from the R&R...
