Does anyone know if HM coded 15 inch Rally II wheels will fit a 83 Grand Prix that orginally came with 14 inch wheels? Thanks

if it has the 4.75 bolt spacing it should work.

Thanks Mike. I tried to install them this morning and ran into a problem. I have brand new Wheel Vintiques center caps installed. The front wheel won't fit with the center cap on. Rear is fine. Seems the locking plate and screw are in the way. Wheel fits without the center cap on. Anyone else run into this problem? Is there a way to install the Wheel Vintiques w/o their installation mechanism?

Tino,

The wheels will fit fine on the '83 Grand Prix, but as you found, you cannot use the aftermarket centers that bolt on. The spindle is too long and will interfere with the lock nut and stud on the center cap mounting plate. I have run a 15" rallye on my '83 for years. I switched my center caps back to the factory spring retaining plate and have had no fitment issues. The other alternative will be using spacer plates between the rim and rotor.
