Just picked up a new Carter water pump FP1423 from the local AUTOBONE for $45. Casting has GMB on it. I notice that AUTOBONE has a GMB on they website for about $18 less than the carter. Did I get a GMB pump that somebody placed in a Federal-Mogul box or are the Carter pumps from GMB and thus I paid to much for a GMB pump??!!! Refuse to install until the AUTOBONE makes right depending on response. Thanks!!

I sell GMB water pumps. Never had to take one back under warranty. If it has a GMB casting it is a GMB pump.
